Chess Club

Congratulations to our first ever chess team that competed at the South Auckland Championship last week. This is the first ever chess team to represent our school. Many of these players have only just learnt how to play the game.

Well done Room 14. We had eight players go to the tournament.

Pratyush gets special raps. He came second out of over 100 players. He's only a Year 5 student, so I'm sure he'll be back for more next year. I'm sure he can beat his teacher even now!!
